After getting Voice and Video in Ubuntu 10.04 via the Open XMPP protocol, I was happy, but, end users just couldn't figure out how to double click on the person name to answer the call and connect, so my exhilaration faded.
But now a new day has arrived, Empathy finally gained an option to automatically present incoming events rather than just making the status icon blink. Can you spell "EASY OF USE"? The notifications bubbles now contain more buttons allowing you to quickly accept or decline incoming events. Now my relatives and me can talk openly.
